We do think that our sausages are pretty special. All our bangers are hand made fresh in small batches, every week at our 5 star unit in Carmarthenshire. Gone are the days when the average sausage contain less desirable cuts of pork, our sausages contain prime cuts of pork from free range traditional breeds at our smallholding, creating a deep flavoured meaty sausage.


Each flavour has been tried and tested at our 5 star unit and then sampled by the established chefs we supply.

Try something a bit different with these Toulouse sausages, gently fry the sausages on the hob until brown all over. Transfer sausage to a casserole dish with sweated onions, garlic and carrots along with tin tomatoes and haricot beans. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes or until cooked through.

5 sausages per pack approx 400g. All sausages are packed FRESH and can be frozen.
