Our pork shoulder mince has a perfect meat to fat ratio giving the meal a dark colour and delicious flavour.

 

Cooking instructions:

 

Fry

Remove mince from packaging and add to hot pan. Brown the mince, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked. Approx 10 mins.

 

 

Suitable for home freezing by use by date. Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
