Cygnet Distillery is based in Juniper Place, crafted by Master Distiller Dai Wakely using the finest botanicals.
Although we're adding gin to the sausages, they are not alcoholic once cooked.
Allow 2 per hungry eater.
Place on a metal oven tray. (There’s no need to pierce the sausages or oil the tray). Place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
5 sausages per pack approx 400g. All sausages are packed FRESH and can be frozen.
